IRIS 在古希臘神話中，是彩虹女神幻化而成，擁有如彩虹一般多變的顏色，在傳說中，彩虹女神有著魅力輕盈的翅膀，有著色彩華麗的光芒。
祂飛過的地方就有種彩色的花，花像蝴蝶一樣顏色豔麗多變。2008年的夏天，IRIS光臨了這裡，女神給了艾綠斯祝福，變化出了許多美麗的顏色，以彩妝拉鍊為主打的艾綠斯有限公司也希望讓這個世界充滿色彩，同時我們也致力於新產品的研發，讓世界更美麗。
IRIS was the winged goddess of the rainbow, a messenger
of the Olympian gods.
She was a goddess of both SEA and SKY, her father a lord
of the brine, her mother an amber-shining cloud-godddess.
This was because the Greeks most often saw the rainbow's
arcspanning from clouds and sea.
for her arch was usually seen reaching up from the sea's
surface.
She was depicted as a young woman with golden wings and
a herald's rod and/or a pitcher in her hand.
